
How do I place an order?
You may call to the number +34 609 35 32 15 and speak to Christian (in German, English or Spanish), call to +49 172 458 66 81 and talk to André (in German or English or Hebrew). Andre and Christian will explain you the procedure then. Or you may directly send a mail to info@bcn-art.com
When do I receive my picture?
After we have received your confirmed written order where you specify which photo you want us to send where and after we have received your payment to a stipulated account, it will only take a few days to have the picture produced in a professional laboratory in Hamburg, Germany. Then we will send you the picture in a roll to your address by either postal service (in Germany) or courier service worldwide. This also may take a couple of days.
How do I pay?
At this moment we would like to ask you to transfer the said amount to a bank account in either Germany (if it is for delivery in Germany) or Spain. Account details we will advise by mail.
What does the picture cost?
The picture in the dimension 110 x 110 cm, printed on Fuji-Hunt Fine-Art Paper, costs free delivered in a roll to your address in the EU € 320. If your address is outside the EU we will check the freight rate and advise you – it will not cost much more.
How do I know that I will really receive my picture?
You have to trust us – but you really can, we will not receive your payment and run off.
What if I don’t like it?
Then you may send it back to us and we will refund the full amount. Pls. note that the time to be able to ask for a refund expires after 10 working days (2 calendar weeks).
Where and how can I frame it?
In a frame shop of your choice – cost in Spain are about € 60, in Germany perhaps € 80-100. You may also …..Andre…wie sagt man dass…aufziehen auf..keine Ahnung, so wie bei mir zu hause…?
What does limited edition mean? What is the limitation?
It means that there is a maximum number of prints which we will sell, so that your picture will remain something special which also in the future not everybody has and which may gain in value. The maximum number is 100.
